Cottage. Late C18 with earlier origins, C17 rear range. Timber-framed part cased in brick, rendered. Plain tile roof. Two storeys, 3 bays. Central half-glazed door in pilastered surround with entablature. 6-pane sashes in flush wood architraves. Stepped eaves course. End stacks. Rear range single-storey and attic with C20 casements and rebuilt ridge stack. Interior: framing of rear range exposed, studded walls, chamfered longitudinal beam with plain stop and exposed joists. Inglenook fireplace. Clasped purlin roof.
